Every Pioneer product is made by our Pioneer students, verified by LSTECH product experts, and made to order: we build it only after you order it, to your colours, your finish and your name, so no two are alike. We produce in batches, and products ship within 1–2 months, or as advised in your email.

    Get your order code

    We confirm your build, price and lead time, then email you a personal order code, like LS-7Q4M-2K9P.

    Unlock & order

    Choose your options, enter the code and press Verify. “Add to cart” unlocks and you check out as normal.

  4. 04

    We build it

    Once your batch is full, our Pioneer students build it and our product experts verify every unit. It ships with its build card.

Focii Z was born from our ongoing capstone — a submarine robot whose sonar must detect sound, purify it and amplify it. That same three-stage chain lives inside an 8 × 5 × 4 cm body, keeping noise low and output clean: you hear the signal, not the circuit.

Questions

Ordering, answered.

Why can’t I add to cart straight away?

Because we haven’t built it yet. Every piece is made for one customer, so we agree your build, price and lead time by email first. Your order code carries that agreement into checkout.

How long does it take?

Products ship within 1–2 months of your order, or as advised in the email with your code.

Why does it take that long?

We don’t produce orders one or two at a time. We collect orders until there are enough for a production batch, then build the whole batch together. That keeps quality consistent and prices fair. If your batch is ready sooner or later than expected, we’ll tell you by email.

How long is my code valid?

14 days, for one order of the product we agreed. If it expires, reply to our email and we’ll send a new one.

Can I change my build after ordering?

Yes, until production starts. Reply to your order email and we’ll update it.

What does the warranty cover?

The 3-Month Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal, intended use. The students who built it and the experts who verified it will make it right.

Who makes the products?

Our Pioneer students design and build every product at LSTECH. Before anything ships, LSTECH product experts test and verify each unit against its specification, so a student-made product meets professional standards.
